Treatments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance by e-mail or telephone. We use the time of e-mail or of leaving the voicemail. If you cancel an appointment within 24 hours, we are forced to charge the amount of the treatment if the appointment is not rescheduled. All treatments must be paid in cash afterwards (with the exception of the remote treatment and coordination). A VAT invoice is available on request and will be sent by email. After consultation prior to the treatment, a transfer by bank or via the 'Tikkie' app is possible. Do you want to transfer a treatment or coordination by bank? Travel costs are calculated based on the location to be visited. Please contact us for an indication of the travel costs to your location. We use a low rate. For treatments in the center and south of the Netherlands we assume a minimum number of 3-5 treatments due to the travel time. Contact us for the possibilities or to combine treatments in your area. We always pass on the final travel costs prior to the treatment.

If an appointment is made for a treatment, we reserve the proposed date and time for a maximum of 36 hours. If confirmation is not received after 36 hours, the date and time proposed by us may be reserved for another customer. In this way we can make our planning most efficiently. We use the time of sending the mail / WhatsApp / telephone commitment and / or verbal commitment. Do you need longer to confirm the appointment? This is possible in some cases, let us know in time.
