The result is a monologue or dialogue on paper, an interesting and inspiring story full of feelings about you, your child or animal. Full of 'aha' moments, answers and tools to get started yourself. 

An attunement is ideal if you would like to dive into the depths, give yourself or your animal a voice and also like to work with the handles that emerge in your unique attunement. In addition to just communicating with you or your animal, things can also be put into action immediately when necessary. Because sometimes the cause of a challenge is not only with you or your animal, but there are also external influences. Mariska combines her acquired knowledge and techniques in one attunement, so she can get the best out of it. She has further developed this method for horses, dogs and cats.
